Logistics for this Course

This course has been designed to be run by a presenter/facilitator with a group of no more than 25 people. The room should be set up with chairs in a semi-circle or U formation so that all participants can see each other and the presenter. This arrangement will encourage participation and discussion among the participants.

The course is designed to last from 9:00AM to 4:00PM with two 15-minute breaks and a 1.5 hour period for lunch and networking. The Introduction to the training course contains a suggested agenda. The course is designed to be interactive, and gives participants time to actively work on developing indicators, as well as time to reflect on the topic and to network with other participants.
