This graph shows how much water is being used per person and how much is available based
on the number of people in the town. The future trend is based on the expected increase in
population and the current increasing trend in water use per person. Now we can see not only
when the problem may become critical, we can also see more clearly what the choices are:
decrease the amount of water each person uses or limit population increase in the town.
