The next thing we will do is the small group exercise. This is your
turn to work. Each small group will have a topic for which you will
develop some indicators. You will start by defining the goal and
drawing the linkage webs for that issue in your community. You will
then brainstorm some indicators, evaluate which are the best, and
present your solution to the larger group.
